SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping on orders over $100, $5 flat rate shipping on all other orders.

Local pickup is available to those customers near the Montgomery, TX area.

Local orders can be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm CST.

Expedited shipping is available. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for rates.

 

PLEASE NOTE

• Jordy & JoJo is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

• Jordy & JoJo does NOT ship internationally. If an international order is placed, we will cancel the order.

• Orders placed on Friday will NOT ship until Monday. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

• Please confirm addresses are CORRECT before submitting orders. Jordy & JoJo is NOT responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. If an address needs to be updated before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at customerservice@jordyandjojo.com.
