RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to ensure that you have the best shopping experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will do everything possible to rectify the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

RETURNS

All unworn and unwashed items are eligible for FREE RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of receiving your order (according to tracking delivery date). Items to be returned must have the original tags intact. Items must be free of deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or any other stains. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and the original item will be sent back to you.

We do not refund back to the original form of payment, and credit does not include shipping. Store credit will be issued via e-gift card within 3-5 business days from receipt of your return at our warehouse. All return requests should be sent to customerservice@jordyandjojo.com. Please include your order number and the style numbers for the items you would like to return.

FINAL SALE, FINAL FEW, or FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

ALL bathing suits, bodysuits, and intimate items (ex. Bralettes) are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

ALL jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, and hats are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged or defective items can be replaced. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can have a replacement sent out. All replacement requests should be sent to customerservice@jordyandjojo.com. Please include your order number and pictures of damaged items.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, if available. Replacement items will not be sent until the original item is received in our warehouse. Please note that the alternate size will not be held until the original item is received in our warehouse. If the alternate size is not available, you will be issued a store credit via e-gift card. All exchange requests should be sent to customerservice@jordyandjojo.com. Please include your order number, style number of the item you would like to exchange, and the replacement size needed.
